RESIDENTIAL PROJECT || guest bedroom 3D model. I always model the space in 3D to show the client how the space will look and try to add colour and texture to give a feel too. As this is a guest bedroom and not used very often and for only short periods, we ditched the wardrobe in light of the knapper standing mirror from @ikea which has a hanging rail on the back. This room was on a budget and so the light wood chest of drawers were kept and refinished in a white furniture paint. The carpet was already neutral and mostly hidden under furniture so we opted for a rug runner at the side of the bed.
RESIDENTIAL PROJECT || guest bedroom mood board. Following on from the colour scheme posted yesterday, here is the mood board. The room is quite small so I kept it light and airy with a gorgeous feature banana leaf wallpaper from @lovewilko
RESIDENTIAL PROJECT || guest bedroom. Just before Christmas I completed a small residential job for 2 guest bedrooms; a double room and the box room of the house. Starting with the double room colour scheme.
